This Deepavali, i noticed that Astro only screened one local show? OMG! The best part was that the show was not even interesting! No shows on Astro for eve as there were serials running on that day specially for Deepavali?

Lets start comparing. I watched some really good local shows on TV2 and the best part was the live show on TV2 for Deepavali eve. Next day again TV2 screened many interesting local shows and what was Astro doing? Screening interviews of artists and also ‘pattimandram’ (talk shows). None of this were home made local shows! I am sure everyone would have noticed this as Astro did a boring job this year for Deepavali. That one show was not enough guys, we are paying money and this is what we get? Instead a free channel can screen so many good shows? Bravo to TV2 for this! The countdown during the live show really brought up the Deepavali spirit and enjoyment and on Astro there was serials and serials on eve! We seriously need a competitor for Astro as they are taking advantage of the solo broadcasting world!

This is my personal opinion based on my personal experience! I have the right to voice it out! I don’t care what others think!

It is the time of the year where brightness are brightened into our life which brings clear path ahead of our future. Wishing everyone a very Happy Deepavali!
